Error msg : Virtual Machine has 8 virtual CPUs, but the Host only supports 4. The Number of virtual CPUs may be limited by the guest OS selected for the Virtual Machine.

I have running vSphere 4.1  EE + allocated to 5 ESXi Servers.

The VM is on a Dell 2950 that has 2 sockets, with 4 cores per socket, and 8 logical processors

I am trying to move the VM that is powered down to a Dell R710 that  has 2 sockets, with 6 cores per socket, and 24 logical

I am not sure what is going on,, Is it the CPU differences?
