vGPU or Workaround with a Quadro P2000 or Grid K1/K2?

So my plan was to purchase either a Quadro P2000 or Grid K1/K2 gpu to allow a single physical gpu to pass through graphics acceleration to multiple VMs. I intend to setup different OS environments on the eSXI hypervisor such as Linux, Windows, EVE-NG for study/career growth.

However, I noticed that their are some hurdles such as licensing being the big one.

So my question is, is their anyway I can use either of those two cards to allow for multiple VM's to use it at the same time while maintaining gpu acceleration without paying any monthly licensing cost?

I think my work or school can offer me eSXI and maybe vSphere Enterprise for free, but I do not want to pay any type of licensing for myself. This includes paying Nvdia outrageous fees to open up their vGPU.

I am unsure of AMD for this type of stuff either.

I ordered a P2000 but I think I should cancel before I set myself up for a big headache.
