VMName on esxtop = (null)

Hi Community!

when I run esxtop with the option 'v', only one VM appears and the rest is shown as (null)

I have tried to restart the management services but it continues the same. The environment is ESXi 6.5 7967591 and vCenter 6.5 9451637.

Any Idea?
