ESXi User account

Hi Team, can we create delegated user account to access ESXi (not the one we do in vSphere client) as alternative to root?

I don't want everyone to access ESXi with root. Rather, is there efficient way to allow specific task like checking services status, esxtop, etc. without having to login with root account?

Please share your ideas on same.
