AMD FirePro Graphics Card passthrough question, will it do what I'm thinking?

I'd like to know if this will work the way I'm thinking it will?

• Dell T620 server (dual Xeon, validated for ESXi 6.0)
• AMD FirePro W7000 Graphics Card (validated for both ESXi 6.0 & the T620)
• Windows 7 or Windows 10 (W7000 has drivers available for both)
• ESXi 6.0

So, I want to pass-through the W7000 to a Windows 7/10 virtual machine.

And then connect the W7000 to an HDMI LCD TV.

And play back 1080P Blu-ray movies (as one example)

Does anyone know if this will work the way I'm needing, or am I misunderstanding options on how to use the W7000?
