ESXi 5.5 SSH problems

Hi

I have an issue with a ESXi 5.5 Host.

From vSphere looking into the settings, SSH access should be enabled. However when trying to SSH from PuTTy or Bitvise.

Error message from Bitvise:
The SSH2 session has terminated with error. Reason: Error class: LocalSshDisconn, code: ConnectionLost, message: FlowSshTransport: received EOF.
