ESXi 6.5 Build 5969303 slow copy over network

Hi,

We are using the ESXi 6.5 with build 5969303  on a Dell PowerEdge R430.

I downloadet the Dell ESXi 6.5 Image. When i copy files or a VM over the Internet (100MBit syncron business ) i only can get 1~2MB/s. This is to slow.

I should get minimum 4x times more speed. Its a Raid 10 with a Raid Controller (PERC H730P RAID Controller) with Battery Pack.

Whats wrong with the ESXi image? I tried to copy over SSH,Veeam,Browser, etc. It always the same.

On the server i cant see anything wrong. Also the speed of the VMs looks ok. The same is when i licence the ESXi.

Has anyone the same problem.
