VMware ESXI Hardware Status - Voltage - Power Supply - ESXI Boot initially stuck on twice before booting to LOGIN Console Screen

Hello Vmware Techs - I am getting some strange voltage readings in hardware status of esxi 6.5 web client. The power supply displays low voltage for some settings while the 12V shows a reading of 21V with a thermaltake 1200 Gold Power Supply. Also, when booting ( after attempted to install 10GB NIC) it hung on boot so I removed NIC and booted. Two times it stuck on User loaded and Verbose before the 3rd time boot was successful . I am going to speak to TheremalTake Monday but I thought that someone here has to have had similar issue. The MB is ASUS KDGPeD16 Any thoughts? Thank you in Advance
