ESXi 6.5 Operation Failed "VsanVS IInit: VSI MD5 signature mismatch"

Hi All, I have encountered this issue during ESXi 6.5 installation on my server:

Operation Failed

Error (see log for more info):

vmKftools failed with message: b'OBJLIB-VSANOBJ: VsanVSIInit: VSI MD5 signature mismatch.

Vmkernel built on _Unknown_ (my build date: jun 30 2017 20:28:32)\nCould not initialize disklib\n'.

any idea what could be wrong?
